2010 Advisory Committee Meeting

The PROTECT Advisory Board met at Northeastern University in Boston, MA on September 21, 2010. This was a great opportunity for the whole team to meet in person for a program overview. Each project and support core outlined their research goals and responsibilities going forward, and the team then split into breakout groups to discuss biomedical, non-biomedical, and training challenges, finally regrouping to talk about program integration. This advisory board meeting successfully allowed the different components of the PROTECT team to mesh as a program and helped ensure multi-disciplinary and multi-institution communication and cooperation going forward.
