Stacy-Ann Christian is Lecturer and Associate Director of Research Administration and Finance at Northeastern University. Her responsibilities include development and maintenance of university policies related to pre-award activities. In addition, Stacy-Ann oversees the review of funding applications to federal, state and local government sponsors. Prior to working at Northeastern University Stacy-Ann worked at New York City Health and Hospital Corporation as Senior Director of Research Administration where she was responsible for establishing policies and procedures and providing oversight for all clinical and health services research conducted throughout New York City. Stacy-Ann Christian also worked with Eisai Medical Research as a Manager in their Research Grants and Contracts Division.  Stacy-Ann is a ’98 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and a ’02 graduate from Temple Law School in Philadelphia.  More recently, Stacy-Ann graduated from the UNC Chapel Hill School of Public Health in 2006 with a master’s in public health in the department of health policy and administration.

Sara Clabby is Manager of Training and Federal Contracts in the Office of Research Administration and Finance at Northeastern University.  Sara has worked in sponsored project administration for more than 20 years; prior to joining Northeastern University, she was at Brown University for more than ten years in various pre-award positions within the central office.  In addition to working at both private and public institutions of higher education, she has also worked with a private, not-for-profit international development organization.  Sara has been a session and workshop presenter for the National Council of University Research Administrators at a variety of national and regional meetings.  Currently, she serves as a member of the NCURA Region 1 Curriculum Committee and as faculty for Region 1’s Essentials in Research Administration workshop.  Sara holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration and a Certificate of Non-profit Management.
