On September 16th, 2015, Phil Brown (RTC-CEC Leader) presented at an environmental justice webinar on how socioeconomic status, contamination and housing policy can affect health in lower income communities. This event was hosted by the EPA’s Technology Integration and Information Branch (TIIB), and included the video “Place Matters: Where You Live Predicts Your Health”, as well as contributions from Heather Henry (NIEHS/SRP), Lisa Gaetke (University of North Carolina), Ann Aschengrau (Boston University), and Madeleine Kangsen Scammel (Boston University).
